People requiring palliative care, living in the metropolitan area of Adelaide and the Adelaide Hills and Mount Barker council areas

NURSING IN HOME - PALLIATIVE CARE: all nursing and personal care services are provided on a needs basis. This includes nutrition, hygiene and psychosocial support. Provides services that fill in gaps and extras for those receiving government-funded community and aged care services. FEES: Terminal palliative care $47/hr. Active support : $41/hr
Respite - In Home
8 am - 8 pm: $37/hr minimum 6 hours. 8 pm - 8 am $28/hr for 12 hours
Carers of frail aged people and people with a life-threatening illness, living in the metropolitan area of Adelaide and the Adelaide Hills and Mount Barker council areas
